the military capacity |
Aerial bombardment (one assumes that the Japanese never attacked Pearl Harbour but only
degraded it's military capacity). |

A system of government, a.
voted in by one person-one vote (unless they vote in a government which the USA does not
like, then it is a dictatorship).
b. emerging in Russia and now being
undemined by NATO actions.

a. Any
leader who opposes the USA. b. A thug whose position is strengthened by bombing his people. |
| Diplomacy |
Using ultimatums, illegal under international law (eh?) whilst supporting terrorist
activity. |

cleansing |
The barbarous act of forcing people of different ethnicity to leave their homes (unless
carried out by those supported by the USA. i.e. 250,000 Serbs moved by US trained
and supplied Croat regulars. |
| Fascism |
A system run in Yugoslavia by a democratically elected (and unlikeable) communist. Unlike
NATO whose puppet boss is a Spanish marxist. |

press |
A media system where censorship is called editing and money controls ethics.. |
| Genocide

The killing of civilians (unless performed by NATO bombers). |
| Ground
war |
The second phase of the attack which the public must be told won't happen - until it's
ready. |
| Humanitarian
intervention |
Illegal act of war (but then we're bigger than them). |
| Intelligence |
a. What
the KLA has told Robin Cook. b. Processed information to be ignored when it suits. |

Moving refugees out of Macedonia and into a safe part of Albania before their full
propaganda effect can be utilised. |

"gung-ho" leaders include a draft-dodging US leader, a guitar-strumming UK
leader [51st state?], and two pacifist UK glove puppets [one was opposed to UK involvement
in the Gulf and the other, the Minister of Defence, doesn't believe in guns] |

referred to the NATO countries taking part in the attack on Yugoslavia, he said "NATO
and our allies". Ooops!

necessary pawns required to suffer, to fool the tax-payers into thinking, "We're
fighting for them", Central America and Vietnam excepted. b. Victims who should be aide and
temporarily housed in NATO countries (except in the case ot the USA who will house them in
that well known US state - Cuba). |

A laser guided bomb is "seduced off target" instead of missing the target. The
term may not be applied to Mr Clinton's use of cigars. |

savagery |
The accidental killing of Kosovan refugees by US aircraft. |
| Train |
An object that, for reason or reasons unknown insists on "suddenly approaching"
a railway bridge at the wrong time. |

Nations |
An organisation superceded by NATO at Clinton's command. |
